Costume Ordering Instructions

There are no refunds or exchanges on costume orders. By submitting your order, you are confirming and accepting responsibility for the costume size(s) selected. Please carefully review all sizing information before completing your purchase.

1. BCFD Costume Store (scroll down to enter after reviewing information)

All available Competition, Studio, and Ballet 360 costumes will be displayed in the online store. 

To locate your dancer’s Competition costume(s), first select Competition, then find your dancer’s team. If your dancer participates in additional routines, be sure to also check the Hip Hop Teams, Small Groups, Duet/Trio, and Solo sections to ensure all required costumes are ordered.

2. Select the Costume & Review Sizing Information 

Click on the costume image to view complete costume details. Each costume description includes a link to the costume company's website where you can view additional photos, costume details and the manufacturer's size chart. 

A measuring video guide is also provided at the top of the page. Please measure your dancer carefully and use the manufacturer's size chart to determine the appropriate size. 

If your dancer falls between sizes, always order the larger size. It is much easier to alter a costume to make it smaller than to add fabric to a costume that is too small. 

Please pay special attention when choosing larger children's sizes. If applicable, review the Teen/XSA/PA size chart as well. XLC and XXLC sizes are designed for larger children and are not equivalent to teen or petite-adult sizing. Likewise, Teen/XSA/PA sizes are designed for teens or petite adults and may not fit the same as larger children's sizes. 

3. Return to the BCFD Costume Store to Order 

Costumes cannot be ordered directly from the costume company's website. The manufacturer's website is provided for reference and sizing information only. 

Return to the BCFD Costume Store, select the desired costume size and add the costume to your cart. If you have additional costumes to order, select Continue Shopping at the top left of the page. 

If your dancer has multiple costumes, please review the size chart for EACH costume. Sizing varies between costume companies, and your dancer may require different sizes for different costumes. 

4. Checkout 

Once all costumes have been added to your cart, select Checkout. You will be prompted to enter:

• Customer Information: Email Address and Phone Number (optional) 
• In-Person Pickup: Dancer First & Last Name 

Select Continue. 

Next: 

● Enter your Dancer Name(s) 

● Enter your Payment Information 

● Review your order carefully, including costume selections and sizes Select Complete Your Order 

An order confirmation email will be sent after your order has been successfully submitted.
